FAQ:

But I REALLY want to lose weight. Can I lose weight in this program? So, here is the deal… This program is NOT a weight loss program. It isn’t another diet. But, if you follow the playbook, you will have the tools for a “better weigh”, because where this program really shines is that it addresses both body AND mind to uncover aspects that are affecting your weight in ways you never considered or is keeping you stuck in the diet culture cycle. A better weigh might be making peace with the scale. It might be losing weight because you are finally nourishing yourself and moving and sleeping better and creating better habits because now you know better. But, if you are looking for a program full of restriction, this is probably not for you 😞

I have brain fog, migraines, bloating, achy joints, hair loss, frequent UTIs…. Will this program help with those symptoms? Yes and no. We will talk about how our changing hormones contribute to these symptoms, and cover some ways that those symptoms can be minimized or addressed through non-medical interventions (I am not a doctor, remember😊) That will be enough for a lot of the symptoms, but, full disclosure, others may require menopause hormone therapy or other medical interventions cuz there is no other way around it. But you’ll have the support of the community as you work towards a solution that works for you!
